Don't be afraid of your talent!

Saturday, 23 April 2016 English Department of Unnes held an event entitled 'Young Entrepreneur'. The event was very interesting. There are Three speakers that expert in the different field. They are, Yohannes Yudha Barata(Hotel Management expert), Muna Sungkar(Blogging expert),Andy Taru(CEO Educa Studio). The audience of the conference was from the English Department of Unnes. So many things that we learn from the conference. Learning through a conference is really challenging, why? Sometimes the experts(Speakers) carry out their material in a very simple way, but sometimes it is really hard to understand. I became the first moderator in that conference, means that Yohannes Yudha Baratha's moderator. I take some short conversation to him a moment before we came  to the stage. So many things that he told me make me realize that someone seem untalented could be really successful in the future. Something that make me became more optimistic running my life.

He was not only speak, a moment after I gave the time to him to deliver his material he shocked me that he was really brilliant! He knew how to make his audience interested to his material. So funny but really valuable. If you ever see 'Stand Up Comedy Show', so that's the way he brought himself. Really interesting. Almost two hours he spoke, but everyone kept listening to him.

Another thing that I really got from him is that he is a humble person and also respects to everyone who respect him. Great man!

If i try to resume it up there are three points that really important factors to build a business based on Mr.Yudha material, they are:

1. Human resources(Partnership and self management)

2. Budgeting

3. The company itself (Place, ratio,and scale)

 So what should we know from my short description?

Yes, talent! Everyone seems untalented can be the one will be really successful if he/she keep struggling on their passion. When we became successful, don't forget to help  others to find their success and also we have to respect each other no matter what. Don't be afraid of your talent, don't be afraid to write or do anything your heart  says. Be patient, keep passionate agent! happy-Agent
